About the store

In our store at Rolvsøy, near Østfoldhallene, we have a wide range of plants with accessories for indoor and outdoor use. We also carry products for year-round cultivation, pots for indoor and outdoor use, gardening tools, garden furniture, food and equipment for dogs and cats, lights and napkins with accessories.

The store has a dozen permanent employees who are happy to share their expertise on plants and more. We are a close-knit group who enjoy smiling at work, and most of us have 10 to 20 years of experience from Plantasjen.

Year-round in Fredrikstad

Our main product category is indoor plants - green and flowering, orchids and cut flowers. They are available in our store year-round. We are especially good at this category here in Fredrikstad, with a wide selection and good prices throughout the year. The most popular plants at our store are orchids and green indoor plants. Our biggest season is spring and summer. During this time, we have a wide selection of summer flowers, perennial outdoor plants, soil, fertilizer, pots, garden furniture, grills, garden tools, and garden machinery. In the winter months, we sell firewood, firewood products, and snow equipment. For Christmas, we have a wide selection of flowers, wreaths, Christmas trees, lighting, candles, napkins, and decorations.

Our store, which opened in 1995, is centrally located in Rolvsøy, near the Østfoldhallene, which is a large shopping area along highway 109 towards Sarpsborg. Our customers come from all over the municipality. We also have many customers with cabins in Hvaler, Onsøy, and Skjeberg. Additionally, we have some customers from nearby towns and cities like Råde and Sarpsborg. We warmly welcome everyone to come for a pleasant shopping experience or a casual chat.
