After several months of intensive work, the reconstruction is complete, and Plantasjen, which remains the largest garden center chain in the Nordic region, is now better equipped to invite customers in for the upcoming high season.

Press release January 16, 2025 Plantasjen in Norway and Sweden has been under reconstruction since August 22. In late December, Plantasjen submitted reconstruction proposals to the creditors. These proposals have been accepted by a majority of the creditors and are now approved by the respective courts in Sweden and Norway.

On August 22nd this year, reconstruction processes for Plantasjen in Norway and Sweden were initiated. Today, the company announces that an important step has been taken as reconstruction proposals have been submitted to creditors in Norway for approval. At the same time, a petition for negotiations will be submitted to Västmanlands District Court in Sweden. The proposals are well-supported by creditors and restructurers, and there are good prospects for final approval by the creditors and confirmation by the courts.
