If you want a potato that can be harvested early, go for "Colomba", which ripens from the end of July. It is boil-proof and can be used both boiled and baked. The skin and flesh are yellow and it produces a large yield.
- Early, boil-proof potato variety with a yellow skin.
- Thrives in light, in ordinary garden soil. Planting depth approx. 10 cm, spacing approx. 25 cm.
- Set when the soil is above +8°C. Keep evenly moist after setting.
