Organic seed. Also known as stone mustard or wild arugula, it has a powerful and spicy flavor. Used in mixed salads and as an ingredient in various dishes. Grown outdoors or in pots. Can be grown indoors in pots all year round. Indoors, the leaves have a milder taste. Repeated sowing allows for fresh leaves for a long time. Harvest when the leaves are approx. 7cm. Thrives best in moldy and well-drained soil that retains moisture. Water regularly. Cover with non-woven fabric to prevent attacks by insect pests.
